Where is Josang Adventure and Safaris located?
We are based in Moshi, Tanzania, near Mount Kilimanjaro. Most of our trips start from Moshi, and we can arrange pick-up from nearby areas too.

Yes. We offer private tours (only your group) and we can also arrange group tours depending on availability and your preferences.

Absolutely. We specialize in custom itineraries, whether you want a short day trip, a safari extension, or a longer adventure combining experiences.

Inclusions depend on the tour, but many packages include things like transport, a guide, driver, park fees (if applicable), and meals during the activity. We always share what’s included and excluded before you confirm.

Common exclusions may include international flights, visa fees, travel insurance, tips, and personal items. For safaris/treks, certain optional upgrades may also be excluded. We’ll list everything clearly.

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during peak seasons. If you’re booking last-minute, contact us we’ll still try our best to arrange everything quickly.

Usually, yes a deposit is commonly required to secure reservations (especially for lodges, park entries, and logistics). The exact amount depends on the package, and we will confirm it before payment.

We can arrange payment using commonly used methods for travelers (for example bank transfer and other agreed options). Contact us and we’ll confirm the safest method for your booking.

We aim to be flexible whenever possible. Cancellation/refund rules depend on the tour type and third-party reservations (like lodges). We will explain the policy clearly before you pay anything.

Tanzania is great year-round, but many travelers prefer the dry season (June–October) for wildlife viewing. Another popular period is January–February. We can advise based on your exact travel dates.
